Diamond Hotels Management Inc. Announces Exciting New Leadership Changes

July 21, 2022 - Kingston, ON: Diamond Hotels Management Inc. is pleased to announce exciting new leadership changes within its organization. Sara Harrison has been promoted to Assistant General Manager of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kingston Central, Craig Grant has been promoted to Regional Revenue Manager for Diamond Hotels Management Inc., and Adi Ahuja has been promoted to Assistant General Manager of Delta Hotels by Marriott Kingston Waterfront.

Sara Harrison has been with Diamond Hotels Management Inc. for 4 years as the Guest Services Manager handling visitor needs, Front Desk operations, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. She brings 20 years of hospitality experience to her new role and has worked at a variety of inns, hotels and resorts located in Orangeville and Prince Edward County. Harrison has managed a number of disciplines during her hospitality journey and has experience in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management. As Assistant General Manager, Harrison will be responsible for all aspects of hotel operations focusing on obtaining optimum efficiency and economy and will provide support to the General Manager to ensure all departments run smoothly.

Commenting on her promotion, Harrison stated: “I am excited and look forward to continuing to grow my career with Diamond Hotels Management Inc., and more so with the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kingston Central team, where our primary focus will remain offering 5-star service to each and every one of our guests”.

Craig Grant brings 20 years of hospitality experience to Diamond Hotels Management Inc. and has been the key player in the company’s revenue management for 4 years. Prior to stepping into his role as Revenue Specialist, Grant was responsible for ensuring high standards of guest relations as Guest Services Manager for the Ramada by Wyndham Kingston Hotel & Conference Centre, now known as the Quality Inn & Conference Centre Kingston Central and Comfort Suites Kingston Central. As Regional Revenue Manager for the company, Grant will continue using his strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and competitive nature to optimize and maximize the company’s revenues.

Regarding his promotion, Grant stated: “I am very grateful to Diamond Hotels Management Inc. for this opportunity. I look forward to setting a strategic and tactical direction for all of our hotels and continuing to work closely with our wonderful teams.”

Adi Ahuja joined the group in 2019 as Assistant Restaurant Manager for AquaTerra and quickly stepped up to fill the shoes of Restaurant Manager when the position opened. Before joining Diamond Hotels Management Inc., Ahuja worked as Restaurant Manager of Delta Hotels by Marriott Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort. With 17 years in the hospitality industry, Adi brings a wealth of customer service and operational experience into his new role. His passion for hospitality and ability to lead a strong team qualify him as the perfect candidate to take on the title of Assistant General Manager for Delta Hotels by Marriott Kingston Waterfront. In his new role, Adi will oversee many aspects of the hotel's day-to-day operations in conjunction with the General Manager and will continue to assist in positioning the hotel as the prime downtown location for leisure and business travelers in Kingston, Ontario.
